These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of My Little Bedtime ("the Service"), operated by Goodnight Little One, doing business as My Little Bedtime, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By subscribing to or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

My Little Bedtime is a subscription service that delivers personalized, AI-generated bedtime stories to your email inbox. Stories are generated using information you provide about your child (name, age, interests, and preferences) and delivered on a nightly schedule at your chosen time.

The Service is intended for parents and guardians of children. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.

2. Subscription and Billing

My Little Bedtime is offered as a monthly subscription at $9.00 CAD per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). International customers will be charged in CAD; your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@mylittlebedtime.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be made and story delivery will stop.

4. Refunds

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, please contact us at hello@mylittlebedtime.com within 7 days of your charge and we will do our best to make it right. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

5. Your Information

To deliver personalized stories, we collect your name, email address, and information about your child (name, age, interests, and delivery preferences). This information is used solely to provide the Service. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us.

6. AI-Generated Content

Stories are generated using artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude). While we take care to ensure stories are age-appropriate, warm, and safe, AI-generated content may occasionally vary in quality. We review our story generation system regularly and welcome feedback at hello@mylittlebedtime.com.

Stories are generated fresh each night and are unique to your child. They are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the stories we generate for you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery, though we work hard to maintain consistent service.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first at hello@mylittlebedtime.com. We will make a genuine effort to resolve any issue informally within 30 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, conducted in English by a single arbitrator under applicable Ontario arbitration rules. This agreement to arbitrate does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
